Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
Please note that rescheduling still involves canceling your original appointment time, so the cancellation fee will still apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.
No-shows without communication will result in 100% of the scheduled service price being charged to the card on file.
